Item arrived as described and they looked super nice. The shipping was a little slow. But I’ll definitively be repurchasing more.

It’s been a month and still have not received my item. Have never had this issue on Etsy. Disappointed.

The earrings are a nice size, but instead of being clear and crystal-looking, they're sort of yellowed, looking stained. A few hours into wearing them, the post broke off on one of them. Not good quality. Jenny has been fantastic about rectifying the issue though!

On October 23, I ordered two rings. The item listings and email confirmation said that they would be shipped within 5 days and shipping is 1-3 weeks. The seller didn't ship until November 22, three weeks after what was indicated. I contacted the seller on December 12 because I haven't received the package and asked for an update or tracking number. Her response was that it should arrive any day. No tracking number. It is now December 22, two months after placing the order, and still no package. I know there are mail delays but the seller should have shipped as stated on the item listings. I don't know if the rings were actually shipped or if they're lost somewhere since there is no tracking (and was no option to request or decline tracking when I ordered). Very disappointed.
